From the Work Order/Maintenance Request page, Property Tenants can create and submit a work order/maintenance request. Once submitted the Property Managers and maintenance personnel will be notified through email and can assign and automatically notify building engineers or other associated maintenance personnel.
From the Work Order/Maintenance Request page the Property Mangers can review, make notes and assign personnel. Once assigned, personnel will receive an email where they can login, view notes and create notes.
MANAGING THE WORK ORDER/MAINTENANCE REQUEST through completion: From the Work Order the property manager can take notes, view contacts associated with the property, and store documents associated with the work order.
REPORTING: All of this is captured by property and included in Property Activity Reporting that can easily be shared with owners and other personnel.
